Data Career Specialist (M/F/D)
Diese Aufgaben haben wir für dich vorgesehen
- Unser Expertennetzwerk und die Beziehungen zu unseren Partnerunternehmen weiter ausbauen.
- Datenexpert:innen helfen den perfekten Job zu finden.
- Langfristig die Beziehungen pflegen zu den Datenexpert:innen, die uns ihr Vertrauen schenken.
- Unsere eigenen Prozesse optimieren.
Das solltest du auf jeden Fall mitbringen
- Spaß am Kennenlernen neuer Menschen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit gutem Ergebnis.
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in einem Bereich, in dem Daten eine Rolle spielen.
- Eine Fähigkeit oder ein Hobby, in dem du dich richtig reinkniest, für das du Ehrgeiz empfindest und in der du Vollgas gibst.
- Begeisterung für Tech-Themen und Interesse an Data Science bzw. Künstlicher Intelligenz.
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Daten (z.B. Excel, Tableau, Power-BI, oder Ähnliches)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Gründliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Interesse am Ausbau und er Pflege des eigenen LinkedIn-Accounts.
- Interesse an der Beteiligung an öffentlichen Diskussionen, Beiträgen und sonstigem Content.
- Lust auf die Herausforderungen und die Selbstverwirklichungsmöglichkeiten eines Startups.
Dafür bekommst du Bonuspunkte bei uns
- Eine größere Social Media Präsenz, insbesondere auf LinkedIn.
- Weitere Sichtbarkeit (Blog, Podcast, GitHub, etc.).
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierung.
- Programmierkenntnisse.
